  • Sensitive data (such as social security numbers, information about you under the age of 13 and the like) are handled with care and with particular privacy.

  • To communicate with you about your engagement to the telephone number, email, or social media accounts you have specified.
  • To offer you the best possible individual support in relation to your leadership and engagement in your context. Notes of your engagement are handled in closed systems (such as Slack, Trello, and Google docs) with written agreements in accordance with the GDPR, which guarantees good security for your personal data.
  • In order to further develop our programs and movement together with you.
  • In order to give you an appropriately sized FDF jacket that is sent to an address you specified. Details such as name, address and shirt size will be shared with our supplier of clothing (personal data assistant). We have written agreements with all the assistants in accordance with the GDPR, thereby ensuring good security for your personal information.
  • In order to meet reporting requirements.
  • If you undergo our leadership training when organized with partners (such as a municipality, a sports or football federation or similar organisation), we will share your personal information in a participants' list. Please note that you can contact us at any time if you do not want us to share your personal information with a partner, and we will not.

Develop Futebol dá força's programs and movement in the best possible way and create conditions for empowering girls' rights and opportunities in collaboration with you.

5. When purchasing services such as talks, workshops and leadership trainings

Consent and legitimate interest: Your personal data is processed in order for us to develop our work in a way that we believe is important to you and our common goal. For all images, film or audio recording, we process your personal information after consent that clearly expresses the purpose of the processing and is voluntary. This consent can be revoked at any time.

Periods of retention
Your personal information is processed until you revoke consent. Printed images, published movies and social media communications, etc. are saved until you inform us that the images, movie or audio recording with you shall be deleted. Images, movies and audio recordings with sensitive information are handled with extra care.
7. When you sign up for newsletters

Tell you about our work, give you the opportunity to engage in specific campaigns and parts of our programs or movement, market our services, events and other content in our marketing to you.

Periods of retention
We process your personal information during the time you are subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by following either the link contained in each newsletter or contact [email protected]. When you terminate your subscription, our processing of your personal information will cease and your data will be deleted.
8. When shopping in our shop
What purpose do we have?
Manage your order/purchase, offer you relevant services, develop and improve our product range.

9. When giving a donation

Fundraising to finance our non-profit work.

Compliance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest: Your personal information is processed in order for us to conduct recruitment and administration of your position, and to enable us to develop our work in a way that we believe is important to you and our common goal.

Periods of retention

We save your information before, during and after recruitment to communicate with you. When employed, your data is saved until the end of employment and thereafter 12 months. Wage specifications are saved in accordance with Swedish accounting law.
